Vladimir Glynin started his career of a photographer in 1995 while being an artist of the Bolshoi Theater. For a long time his pictures were devoted to the behind-the-scenes-life of the theater. Later, Vladimir started doing photos for glossy magazines, which included L’Officiel, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Elle, Mercury, Icons, GQ, Maxim and many others.
The photographer did a number of advertizing campaigns and promo shootings for the Bolshoi Theater, Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Music Theater, as well as for such brands as Angelo Galasso, Alena Akhmadulina, Carrera & Carrera, Chapurin, Caryer, Channel, Grishko, Lucia, Black Label Johnnie Walker, Bacardi Black, Mercedes-Benz, Maybach, Audi, BMW, Nespresso, TAG Hauer and many others. Eva Herzigova, Milla Jovovich and Naomi Campbell took part in Vladimir’s sessions for advertizing campaigns of Moscow’s Central Universal Department Store (TsUM).
Photographer Vladimir Glynin is a member of the Russian Federation Artists Trade Union and is a winner of the Silver Wreath award presented to him as part of the II Moscow International Festival: Fashion and Style in Photography 2003 in the nomination Best Young Photographer and Astra award in the Photographer of the Year nomination (2006).
